Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision is an essential part of ethical, effective practice. I provide individual and group supervision grounded in relational and systemic frameworks, supporting counsellors and therapists to deepen their clinical thinking, navigate complex cases, and sustain their professional wellbeing.
As a member of the PACFA College of Supervisors, I bring both breadth and depth to the supervisory relationship.
Who it's for:
Registered counsellors and therapists at all career stages seeking professional development, case consultation, and reflective practice support.
THE PROCESS
How Supervision Works
Whether you're newly registered or an experienced practitioner, here's what the supervisory relationship looks like with me.
01
Initial Enquiry
Reach out with a brief note about your practice context, experience level, and what you're hoping to gain from supervision. I'll respond within 2–3 business days.
02
Introductory Session
We meet for an initial session to discuss your clinical work, supervision goals, and how we might work together. This helps us both assess the fit before committing to an arrangement.
03
Regular Supervision
Sessions are typically monthly or fortnightly, 60–90 minutes each. We explore cases, ethical dilemmas, countertransference, and your development as a practitioner.
04
Ongoing Reflection
Supervision evolves with your practice. Over time, we track your growth, revisit goals, and adapt the focus to match where you are in your clinical journey.

QUESTIONS

PACFA recommends a minimum of one hour of supervision per month for registered practitioners. Frequency may be higher for those in early career, working in high-acuity settings, or during particularly demanding periods of practice.
-
Yes. Individual supervision offers dedicated, focused attention on your caseload and development. Group supervision — typically 3–5 practitioners — provides peer learning, shared experience, and a broader range of perspectives. Both have real value.
-
My supervision is grounded in relational and systemic frameworks, with attention to the parallel process, the supervisory relationship itself, and the broader contexts in which we all practise. I integrate reflective practice and developmentally-informed approaches.
-
Yes. As a member of the PACFA College of Supervisors, supervision with me counts toward your PACFA registration requirements. I'm happy to provide documentation of supervision hours on request.
-
Yes. I enjoy working with practitioners at early stages of their career. The supervisory relationship plays a particularly formative role early on, and I take that responsibility seriously.
-
Yes. All supervision is available face-to-face or via secure video. Many supervisees find online supervision just as effective and appreciate the flexibility it offers for session scheduling.
