Counselling is focused on improving mental health and wellbeing. It is a safe supportive space for discussions on any issue your experiencing in your life.
As your counsellor it is my role to listen carefully, without judgement, and to help you explore different aspects of your presenting issue. By listening intently, I am able to help you choose a pathway to work through an issue and offer support throughout the process.
The reasons people seek counselling can include aspects of identity, spirituality, relationships with self and others, past experiences, parenting, grief and loss, trauma, depression, anxiety, and other experiences.
There is no need to suffer silently and there is no shame in seeking help. Taking the first step toward acknowledging and understanding yourself can be powerful and rewarding.
