I have always been interested in the complexities of human behaviour. Having spent my working life in the health and wellness industry, I know how important mental health and mindset are and their impact on all areas of our life. I have a Bachelor degree in Counselling (Coaching) which has given me a great understanding of the many tools available to support people through challenges in life and work to achieve the outcomes they desire.
I work with individuals and couples on a wide range of issues, and draw upon a range of evidence-based psychological treatments to ensure a tailored approach for each person’s therapeutic or coaching goals.
